George Bacovia University from Bacau initiated, in 2008, a new format conference called Economy Transdiciplinarity Cognition - ETC. The concept of this format starts from the real necessity of transnational and international research, joining to UGB at least one foreign university from abroad. In 2008 the partner university of GBU was Sakarya Uiversity from Sakarya, Turkey. The obtained results encourage us to follow up with this format. For this year we obtained the agreement from Universidad do Estado do Rio de Janeiro-UERJ), represented by Antonio Carlos de Azevedo Ritto. This collaboration offers us the opportunity to invite universities from all over the world for the next editions. In order to collaborate in organizing international conferences, GBU is open to become organizational partner for universities from all over the world based on the same principles of research collaboration, with reciprocal benefits.
