Dr. Radu FLOREA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Domeniul de licen\u0163\u0103 pe care se fundamenteaz\u0103 programul de studii: <strong>Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Domeniul fundamental:<strong> Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calificarea&nbsp; universitar\u0103 pe care se fundamenteaz\u0103 programul de studii: <strong>Management cod RNCIS 92<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durata studiilor\/ num\u0103r de credite: <strong>2 semestre \/ 60 credite<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forma de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt: <strong>\u00cenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt cu frecven\u021b\u0103 (IF)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/admitere.ugb.ro\/inscriere-online\">Inscrie-te online &#8211; Admitere 2025<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Justificarea oportunit\u0103\u0163ii func\u021bion\u0103rii programului de studii<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00cen contextual actual,<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>caracterizat prin cre\u015fterea concuren\u0163ei \u015fi a standardelor de calitate impuse<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>educa\u0163iei \u015fi descentralizarea sistemului de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, Managementul educa\u0163ional reprezint\u0103 \u00een egal\u0103 m\u0103sur\u0103 at\u00e2t o condi\u0163ie obligatorie a cre\u015fterii performan\u0163ei sistemului de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt \u00een ansamblul s\u0103u c\u00e2t \u015fi la nivelul fiec\u0103rei institu\u0163ii de educa\u0163ie. Se impune deci, ca directorii \u015fi \u00eentreg personalul cu atribu\u0163ii pe linia organiz\u0103rii \u015fi coordon\u0103rii activit\u0103\u0163ii din institu\u0163iile de educa\u0163ie s\u0103 de\u0163in\u0103 o preg\u0103tire managerial\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 aplice \u00een mod permanent tehnicile \u015fi metodele de management \u00een scopul cre\u015fterii performan\u0163elor institu\u0163iilor din care provin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru trecerea la un nivel modern, descentralizat, de organizare \u015fi func\u0163ionare a sistemului educa\u0163ional, este necesar\u0103 cre\u015fterea autorit\u0103\u0163ii decizionale a conducerii unit\u0103\u0163ilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt \u015fi mai ales, a directorului \u00een domeniile financiar, al resurselor umane, curricular \u015fi al dezvolt\u0103rii generale a \u015fcolii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen acest context, directorul va avea autoritatea \u015fi r\u0103spunderea realiz\u0103rii \u00een unitatea pe care o conduce, a politicii educa\u0163ionale na\u0163ionale sau locale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programul r\u0103spunde nevoii de speciali\u015fti manageri orienta\u0163i spre ocuparea unor func\u0163ii de conducere, evaluare, control \u00een unit\u0103\u0163ile de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt care s\u0103 abordeze:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1. Problematica managementului educa\u0163ional \u015fi a calit\u0103\u0163ii acestuia;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2. Politicile \u015fi legisla\u0163ia educa\u0163ional\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3. Resursele umane, materiale \u015fi procedurale \u00een organiza\u0163ia \u015fcolar\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4. Direc\u0163iile de modernizare \u00een cadrul curriculum-ului \u015fcolar;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5. Strategiile de comunicare didactic\u0103 \u015fi managerial\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 6. Parteneriatul educa\u0163ional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Grupul \u0163int\u0103<\/strong> este format din:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>directori \u015fi directori adjunc\u0163i de institu\u0163ii de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cadre didactice care au atribu\u0163ii pe linia coordon\u0103rii, evalu\u0103rii \u015fi controlului activit\u0103\u0163ii din institu\u0163iile de educa\u0163ie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>absolven\u0163i cu diplom\u0103 de licen\u0163a ai unei facult\u0103\u0163i, care lucreaz\u0103 \u00een sistemul de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt preuniversitar, \u00een institu\u0163ii cu caracter educa\u0163ional, in mass-media cu specific educa\u0163ional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De altfel, Universitatea \u201cGeorge Bacovia\u201d a primit numeroase solicit\u0103ri din partea cadrelor didactice din institu\u0163iile cu care desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 diferite parteneriate pentru \u00eenfiin\u0163area acestor cursuri, \u0163in\u00e2ndu-se cont de necesarul de formare \u015fi perfec\u0163ionare \u00een domeniul managementului educa\u0163ional a cadrelor didactice din \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul preuniversitar care ocup\u0103 posturi de conducere, c\u00e2t \u015fi de reglement\u0103rile \u00een vigoare cu privire la cerin\u0163ele ocup\u0103rii acestor posturi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Misiunea programului de studii postuniversitare<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programul de studii postuniversitare <strong>Managementul Institu\u0163iilor de Educa\u021bie <\/strong>are ca misiune general\u0103formarea de personal calificat cu preg\u0103tire multidisciplinar\u0103 \u00een domeniul managementului educa\u0163ional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programul de studii post-universitare \u00ee\u015fi propune urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>satisfacerea cererilor de personal calificat \u00een domeniul \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntului solicitat pe pia\u0163a for\u0163ei de munc\u0103 \u00een contextul actual;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trecerea de la un \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt cu o puternic\u0103 component\u0103 teoretica, la un sistem \u00een care componenta didactic\u0103 \u015fi managerial\u0103 s\u0103 decurg\u0103 din experien\u0163a acumulat\u0103 de cei care lucreaz\u0103 \u00een domeniu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>armonizarea problematicii managementului preuniversitar \u015fi universitar cu elementele actuale ale conducerii unit\u0103\u0163ii de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>asigurarea unui perimetru de ac\u0163iune mai activ \u00een cadrul institu\u0163ional universitate\/institute de cercetare\/institu\u0163ii publice implicate \u00een probleme de educa\u0163ie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cre\u015fterea general\u0103 a eficien\u0163ei activit\u0103\u0163ilor instructiv-educative, prin accentuarea competen\u0163ei manageriale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OBIECTIVELE PROGRAMULUI DE STUDII POSTUNIVERSITARE MANAGEMENTUL INSTITU\u021aIILOR DE EDUCA\u021aIE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obiectivul general al programului de studii postuniversitare<\/strong> const\u0103 \u00een formarea \u015fi dezvoltarea \u00een r\u00e2ndul cursan\u0163ilor a competen\u0163elor profesionale necesare gestion\u0103rii institu\u0163iilor de educa\u0163ie \u015fi a proceselor \u015fi activit\u0103\u0163ilor didactice, de evaluare \u015fi control \u00een domeniu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obiectivele specifice<\/strong> <strong>ale programului de studii postuniversitare<\/strong> sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dezvoltarea cuno\u015ftin\u0163elor avansate, abilit\u0103\u0163ilor \u015fi competen\u0163elor specifice necesare gestion\u0103rii institu\u0163iilor de educa\u0163ie \u015fi a proceselor \u015fi activit\u0103\u0163ilor didactice, de evaluare \u015fi control \u00een domeniu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dezvoltarea g\u00e2ndirii creativ-inovative orientat\u0103 spre identificarea solu\u0163iilor pentru rezolvarea problemelor curente ale institu\u0163iilor de educa\u0163ie \u015fi pentru cre\u015fterea competitivit\u0103\u0163ii institu\u0163iilor de educa\u0163ie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dezvoltarea competen\u0163elor profesionale necesare pentru dezvoltarea de proiecte profesionale, crearea \u015fi aplicarea de strategii \u00een domeniul institu\u0163iilor de educa\u0163ie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analiza sistemului educa\u0163ional \u00een vederea identific\u0103rii nevoilor de schimbare, reform\u0103 \u015fi dezvoltare, cu prec\u0103dere \u00een domeniile: capacitatea institu\u0163ional\u0103, managementul resurselor umane, management financiar, dezvoltarea managerial\u0103, formarea personalului, formarea formatorilor \u015fi asigurarea calit\u0103\u0163ii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dezvoltarea sistemelor \u015fi procedurilor privind managementul \u015fi asigurarea calit\u0103\u0163ii educa\u0163iei;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analiza impactului m\u0103surilor de reform\u0103 la nivel na\u0163ional, regional \u015fi local \u00een domeniile mai sus men\u0163ionate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analiza culturilor organiza\u0163ionale specifice institu\u0163iilor de educa\u0163ie din Rom\u00e2nia \u2013 pentru a identifica valorile, credin\u0163ele, modelelor strategice care influen\u0163eaz\u0103 dezvoltarea institu\u0163ional\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dezvoltarea de standarde educa\u0163ionale \u00een domeniile men\u0163ionate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dezvoltarea profesional\u0103 \u015fi managerial\u0103, prin:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>oferirea de expertiz\u0103 \u00een conceperea \u015fi dezvoltarea programelor de formare managerial\u0103 \u015fi de formare a formatorilor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>oferirea de programe de formare managerial\u0103 &#8222;la comand\u0103&#8221; \u00een domeniile men\u0163ionate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>consultan\u0163\u0103 acordat\u0103 persoanelor \u015fi institu\u0163iilor \u015fcolare \u00een domeniile men\u0163ionate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>colaborare na\u0163ional\u0103 \u015fi interna\u0163ional\u0103, cu institu\u0163ii publice
